From Tokyo to Boston we go, landing at the Bodega Pump 20. Bodega pulled out all the stops for their collab, from the design to the packaging to the execution. This Pump 20 was ready for war. Here’s the trailer in which the designer drops a little hint about Bodega’s theme prior to the launch.
Bodega’s design went so hard. Emulating combat and survival attire (the inside of the tongue even featured “SURVIVAL” embroidered in green), the upper was dressed in green suede with black accenting and a grey midsole splattered with black. The whole sneaker sat atop a gum outsole.
Each of the 31 examples came in a metal artillery box that had Bodega and Reebok branding stenciled all over it. Complete with its own set of dog tags and unique insoles, the Bodega Pump 20 is many a Reebok enthusiast’s grail.
