A powerhouse of the collaboration game, Stockholm’s Sneakernstuff created a unique Pump 20 that, of course, told a story of Sweden. As Erik of SNS pointed out, November in Sweden is quite cold, so this Pump 20 was made to keep you warm.
By utilizing a mixture of tonal greys in nubuck and wool on the upper, a boot style D-ring lacing system, and Thinsulate lining on the shoe’s guts, SNS created a true sneaker boot. Notable details include the text on the tongue that reads “Alltid Redo” — the Swedish Scout motto — and an orange lace (one of four included) with the inner lining’s pattern on it. Complete with Reebok’s PlayDry tech and safety orange accents, this Pump 20 is a fan-favorite.
Sneakersnstuff also hosted an auction a month after their Pump 20 released. The auction featured Pump 20 samples numbered 00 and the proceeds were donated to UNICEF in an effort to help the world’s underprivileged children.
