This might seem like a weird one, but I don’t think so at all. This would be the Nike Sock Dart. The original release on these I believe was 2004. It was the first-ever shoe made with computer-controlled knitting.
Move on to a re-release in 2015, the Nike Sock Dart became a crazy source of hype. The utilization of technology to simplify its design is just magnificent. With a sock-like feel and limit in weight, and plush step-in, the Sock Dart is easily one of the most comfortable and fashionably loud to date. It also helps to have Hiroshi Fujiwara’s co-sign with his Fragment Design, but in this case, I have the regular white one (from Independence Day pack).
