As a fan of basketball and the Sacramento Kings (I’ll accept your sympathy) I honestly felt that Tyreke Evans was the better player then Steph Curry and won the Rookie of the Year rightfully so. I thought Curry’s ankle issues would never go away and he would only be able to light up the 3 point line.
I’ll admit he is great. Great on court, great off court and great for Under Armour. A fan of the brand from sneakers to athletic gear, their rise has been impressive. Moreover, the Curry 1 “MVP” shows that there are other brands willing to put in the time and work to put a dent in the Swoosh’s shield. The Curry 1 looked good, performed well and has helped the UA x Curry partnership grow.
