Players who go the extra mile to wear unique sneakers will always have a place on my lists. Russell Martin must know that, so for last week’s 2015 All-Star Game in Cincy he broke out a pair of Nike Zoom Solider IX in the “Sprite” colorway with a slight tweak – cleats glued to the bottoms. He is not the first player to do this, but more on that in another post!
