Brian Wilson is a crazy man, period. Just Google his interview with Jim Rome and you’ll understand what I mean. If you need more evidence, find a picture of him wearing a pair of Nike Air Mags on the baseball diamond. Red dirt and clear soles don’t mix Brian! For the 2010 All-Star Game, Nike ramped up its marketing efforts and gave players who donned the Swoosh the “Boom Pack.” It featured bright tonal cleats and an Air Trainer 1.2 to commemorate the game. Wilson’s pair later became infamous when he was fined for wearing the solid-orange shoes in a regular season game. More on that here.
