Since being drafted in 2005, Jordan Brand has rocked with Chris Paul heavy. This week drew a lot of attention to Chris’s feet within the sneaker community. Sneaker blogs blew up after images of a new Air Jordan 11 PE surfaced from the Rocket’s locker room (let’s not forget PJ Tucker was flexing some Miro Jordan 7’s in the pic). This isn’t the first time Paul whipped out a special pair of 11’s. He’s been laced with exclusive kicks since his Hornets days. There have been notable pairs like the Hornets themed Jordan 8’s & 5’s and Clipper themed Jordan 4’s & 10’s. Fans have a special kind of lust for Jordan 11 PE’s though. Seeing how excited everyone got we decided to take a trip down memory lane. Check out Chris Paul’s other Jordan 11 PE’s below. Tell us in the comments section which pair you’d like to have in your collection.

Clippers Low, 2013-16*

via OregonSole

This pair features a much lighter shade of ‘Clippers’ red compared to others on this list. Like a lot of Chris’s PE’s this pair draws inspiration from a retail release. The “tuxedo” 11 low’s from 2013. Jordan just swapped out the black/red upper with a red/royal scheme that  screams “you ain’t got these!”

Emerald, 2015

via SneakerNews

Man, oh man. The monochromatic “emerald” joints are the crown jewel (pun intended) of Chris Paul exclusives. In my opinion these are the pair i’d like to see released. The material differences throughout the upper gives this shoe’s green shade much needed depth and variation. A translucent outsole and white details break up the green even more, resulting in a well rounded look.

Clippers Away, 2016

Chris broke necks when he pulled out these heaters. Armed with the same materials of 2015’s “72-10” retro this PE is dripping in all red with royal accents. Low key speckle adorns the patent leather mudguard. The milky white outsole appears as though it could glow in the dark; maybe PJ Tucker will ask him for us.

Clippers Home, 2016

Rounding out his ‘L.A. trio’ is another gorgeous Clippers PE. This pair basically looks like a royal blue version of 2011 Concords. We’ve seen throughout this article that Jordan Brand happily alternates the mudguard cuts of Chris’s personal pairs. Opting to utilize the low cut patent leather was a great call.

“Bred” Alternates, 2017

via SneakerNews

To the casual fan these look like some fufu “bred” from the swap meet but the trained eye sees a pair of unicorns. Chris’s breds feature a high mudguard cut like recent Jordan 11 retros that instantly separate this pair from the 2012 retail pairs. A lighter shade of red can be seen on the Jumpman and ankle liner. Clear outsoles complete these unique exclusives.

Rockets, 2018

via SoleCollector

The man (pair) of the hour. We can see the “Win like 96” influence in this predominantly white iteration. White leather replaces the typical Cordura mesh upper of traditional 11’s. Hopefully CP3 will bless us with more perfectly executed Rockets themed colorways in the future. Are these the cleanest pairs in Chris’s fleet?
