Nike Air Max 90 “Crepe”
Part of the three-sneaker 2004 “Crepe” pack, these Air Max 90’s have no double. Nike went all out on the theme as the earth-toned pack all had similar features. The addition of hemp on the toe, ankle and liner is not the most common material used on sneakers. A big reason is that finding a wearable pair now is difficult since the hemp tends to deteriorate and fall apart due to age and wear. The blending of complementary colors works well on these along with the blue hits. Finishing them off were the usage of “crepe” soles, another material and look rarely used on kicks.
