With everyone staying at home now, we’re kicking off our new Sneaker History Netflix Party Fridays! If you’re not familiar, the Netflix Party browser plugin allows you to watch Netflix together from anywhere you have an internet connection and a laptop with the Google Chrome Browser. That means you can watch the best sneaker movies with your homies, even if you are saving the world by staying at home.

For our first Sneaker History Netflix Party Fridays movie, we’ll be watching one of the most iconic sneaker movies of all time, Space Jam starring Bugs Bunny and Michael Jordan. Of course, if you’re a fan of sneakers or listen to our podcast, you already know the significance of this one. But for those that might not know, Space Jam helped launch the Air Jordan 11 into the stratosphere when it comes to popularity. It’s even the reason that the Black/Dark Concord colorway of the Air Jordan 11 has its ‘Space Jam’ nickname. However, this movie is loaded with sneaker heat, so it should be a fun one to watch together.

We’ll kick off the movie at 7PM PT/10PM ET on Friday, April 3rd, 2020 and we’ll follow it up on Friday, April 10th, 2020 with Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. Stay tuned to Twitter for updates!
