The Reebok Question Mid is the signature shoe built around Allen Iverson, originally designed for his 1996 NBA debut. The silhouette became one of the defining basketball shoes of the late 1990s, anchored by its distinctive Hexalite cushioning pods on the lateral heel and forefoot, visible through the iridescent honeycomb windows that catch light from multiple angles. The lace jewel hardware running up the tongue is one of the Question Mid’s most recognizable details, adding a refined touch to what was otherwise a performance-forward construction.
This particular build uses a cream leather as the foundation across the toe box and vamp, with a charcoal grey suede overlay on the quarter panel and collar. The combination reads as understated and clean, a departure from the more colorful player exclusives and retros the model is often associated with. The white midsole and outsole keep the overall palette cohesive. The Reebok vector logo is embossed into the suede overlay rather than printed or stitched in a contrasting color, which gives it a tonal, premium feel consistent with the ‘Oatmeal’ release aesthetic. This colorway sits comfortably within the Question Mid’s long retro history, appealing to collectors who favor neutral, wearable builds over the louder, event-driven colorways the model has also seen.
