The Nike MAG was auctioned off in 2011 to raise over $9 million for the fight against Parkinson’s disease. These auctions were held on eBay and 1500 pairs were made available to bid on. Sneaker collectors, athletes, celebrities, and fans of Back To The Future movies held nothing back trying to get the original pairs.
