Happy Birthday to Shaqtin’ a Fool Regular Javale McGee

Thanks to the wonders of the internet, Javale McGee is probably better known for the memes created from one of his many reactionary faces. Of course, his rise to e-fame was boosted by becoming a back to back Shaqtin’ A Fool MVP. But let’s give credit where credit is due. Javale turns 27 today and with stints with the Washington Wizards and Denver Nuggets, he’s not exactly been surrounded by greatness. In fact, during his Wizards days he was fined $10k, basically for having fun. OK, so the timing was bad. Gilbert Arenas’ guns in the locker room hadn’t really had time to subdue. For the 2011 NBA Dunk Contest, McGee became the first ever Washington Wizards player to enter and despite wearing 3 different pairs of his PEAK signature shoes, he fell short to some guy named Blake Griffin. In all seriousness, Javale is probably one of the best 7 foot dunkers the game has ever seen. Yeah, I said that. He may not always have the motor skills necessary and on occasion makes some incredibly poor decisions, but whatever bruh. I’m riding with Javale. Happy Birthday big homie!
