On This Date LeBron James Became the Youngest to Reach 20,000 Points

Nike LeBron 20k Points 5k Assists 5k Rebounds

On January 16th, 2013 LeBron James became the youngest player in NBA history to score 20,000 points, doing so in a pair of LeBron Xs. That same game he also notched his 5,000 career assist putting him in a club of 13 men who have surpassed 20,000 points, 5,000 assists and 5,000 rebounds. LeBron and having multiple PE’s (player exclusives) was nothing new but the LeBron X took it to another level. Seeming like he almost had a new pair and colorway for every game, the model is an important one in LeBron’s career. His 10th signature had plenty of appearance the next season also when apparently the LeBron 11 had some fitment issues for the King. This achievement was just one of many accolades the King notched up that NBA season all while wearing some incarnation of the LeBron X.
