Okay readers, take a moment and think about where you were during the late summer of 2008. The economy fell off a cliff around that time, George W. Bush was still POTUS and the Marvel Cinematic Universe began with the release of Iron Man 1. The NBA’s landscape looked completely different than now – we’re basically talking about the difference between modern continents and Pangaea. LeBron was a Cav (pre-Miami), Dirk was young and ‘Chip-less, KD was a baby, Kobe only had three rings… just sooo different. For this week’s #TBT lets hop in the good ‘ol time machine and go back to 2008’s NBA Media Day!
