Years before Kanye teamed up with Louis Vuitton, or Buscemi started making premium Italian sneakers, Reebok teamed up with Chanel. In fact, it was 2005, so we’re pretty sure Kanye was rockin’ backpacks and pink Polos when these gems were created.
The Chanel x Reebok Insta Pump Fury is a grail for most Reebok collectors. However, it’s not likely that even the most dedicated of Reebok fans knows these exist. This pair of the Chanel x Reebok Insta Pump Fury was created for the Chanel menswear fashion show. According to the eBay seller, there are only five pairs in existence. These were made for the models in the show and subsequently worn just for the show. Regardless of the amount that were produced, the lambskin upper in all black with the 3M Chanel logo on the heel is about as timeless as it gets. They would more than fit in today, ten years after it was originally released, as they did back in 2005.
