After the Hawks, Jamal Crawford moved on to the next team the Portland Trailblazers. Although they didn’t have much success during that year, Jamal was still able to average 14 points a game and be a shining light with a depleted Blazer team.

By the start of the 2012 season Crawford decided to sign with Los Angeles Clippers. By then he was known as a journeyman, that could dribble the lights out and perform at the highest level. Teaming up with the likes of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and DeAndre Jordan whether it was starting or coming off the bench it didn’t matter and he would win the 6th man award again in 2014. With the Clippers, Jamal signed with a independent brand Brandblack (currently sold at your local Finishline, although selling out quick – one of the best ball shoes on the market I must say). Not only are Jamal’s dribbling skills unique, so were the blue soles that showed when he left opponents in the dust. Jamal is progressing his success with his current signature model, the J.Crossover II and also helping the L.A. Clippers secure their spot in the playoffs. With that being said, happy birthday Jamal, and hope you have continued success on your career. Ball out my friend.
