This weeks pair comes from special Nike Artist Series collection of 2003. For a few years Nike gave an opportunity to a select few artists, musicians, actors, and athletes to design a pair of sneakers to represent them. Nike reached out to famed graffiti artist Futura to work on the iconic Blazer. Futura is no stranger to working with Nike and has been called many times for special projects. They knew he would not disappoint with this release and be a fine representative for artists.

This beautiful Nike Blazer was done in a classic color combo. Smooth black suede was used on the upper matched with a green curry Swoosh and tongue. The shoe was topped off with perfectly with jedi green toe lips and laces. This has been one of Futura simplest designs but instantly became a classic for sneaker lovers. There were only 1000 pairs created and were only sold at premium Nike account stores. What are your thoughts on this gem?
