Pittsburgh’s Antonio Brown has been one of the NFL’s most electrifying playmakers. With his otherworldly speed and route running, Brown has amassed at least 1,200 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns every season since 2013. His ability to break down secondaries is second to none as he frequently finds himself beating defenders 1 v 1 and even more frequently 2 v 1. The nine year veteran’s physical stature falls short compared to his contemporaries like Julio Jones or AJ Green, but Browns next level commitment to his craft places him in the right places during games. Antonio’s mental game is next level, he’s on the record saying this about NFL defenses, “It’s all a chess game… If you watch enough film and understand what the defense or defender is doing or is going to do, you can get them. It’s simple when you see it over and over.” This kind of mental chess match has resulted in 6 Pro-Bowl selections and 4 First-team All-Pro honors. If wide receivers were actually considered for league MVP then I’m sure Brown would have won one by now.

Over the years Antonio has customized his Nike kicks in inventive ways (just like his touchdown celebrations). For today’s birthday celebration lets take a look back at some of his best custom cleats, enjoy! Happy 29th born day, Antonio!

Most of Brown’s shoes are done by customizer Corey Pane. In Nov, 2016 Brown and Pepsi teamed up to give a few fans this boomin’ pack. The set included an Antonio Brown iPhone, Monster headphones, custom cleats and an Antonio Brown Pepsi can.
2016 saw Brown challenge league cleat rules as he wore these customs at the start of the season celebrating his children’s faces across the upper.
2016 saw the unfortunate deaths of Miami Marlin’s Jose Fernandez and Kimbo Slice… in memory of their lives Brown happily took a league fine to wear these custom cleats.
Major key…. rock sick cleats. Brown busted these out in November of the 2016 season with a distinct likeness to hip-hop artist, DJ. Khalid.
Christmas 2015 saw Brown bust out these Christmas tree light themed cleats.
Dec, 2016 Brown payed homage to the profound Black Lives Matter movement by rocking these custom cleats.
This 2016 pair commemorating Muhammad Ali earned Brown anther one of his many NFL on-field dress code fines.
