This week we are starting something new and focusing on Footwear Jobs. Doing what you love and getting paid to do it can’t be beat. Yes, there are some drawbacks to working in footwear. For instance, if you thought you spent a lot on sneakers now, just wait until you spend 8-10 hours a day, 40-50 hours a week, with the temptation right in front of you. Or wait until you get a discount on a regular basis, no need for someone to slide you the friends and family discount. Or perhaps you’re a really hard worker and find a job doing something you love and work around the clock, never disconnecting and giving yourself time to relax. Those are all like possibilities with a job in sneakers.
However, there are few things as rewarding as being excited about your profession on a daily basis. That said, we’re going to use this new weekly Footwear Jobs This Week column to highlight positions that are available throughout the sneaker industry, around the world.
