Air Jordan 18

Italian driving shoes, and the model Michael retired in.

The Air Jordan 18 arrived in 2003 at a hundred and seventy five dollars, designed by Tate Kuerbis after Italian leather driving shoes, with clean racing lines and a removable cover. It was understated and grown-up, a long way from the maximalism of the mid-90s.

It is the shoe Jordan officially retired in, worn in his final NBA game on April 16, 2003, with the Wizards. That makes the 18 the true end of his playing career, the last shoe he laced up for real.

The black nubuck and white and red pairs are the OGs purists chase. Often called one of the most comfortable Jordans ever made, the 18 is underrated, a quiet and dignified close to the on-court story.
