Air Jordan 37
Formula 23 foam, basket-weave inspiration, and a double-stacked ride.
The Air Jordan 37 came in 2022 at a hundred and eighty five dollars at general release, the first signature model to use the brand’s Formula 23 foam. Its zoned leno-weave upper drew on West African basket weaving, and a carbon shank sat under a Zoom Air Strobel unit and a forefoot unit for a responsive, double-stacked feel.
It arrived alongside the launch of the Luka 1, Luka Doncic’s first signature shoe, a sign of how the brand’s star players were spinning off into their own lines. Tatum and Doncic both wore the 37 on court.
The 37 is a strong, slightly underrated modern performer. It is the line in a steady, well-engineered groove, even as the spotlight shifted toward the athletes’ own signatures.
