It’s no suprise that LeBron James would have attended The Ohio State university (my high school math teacher went to Ohio State and always made a point to emphasize ‘the’ in Ohio State). Being an Ohio native, LeBron’s love for Ohio State goes way back to his childhood – from football to basketball folks from the Buckeye region tend to love… the Buckeyes!! Since the LeBron IV, Nike has been lacing up the Buckeye Basketball teams with some of the dopest PEs in the country. The highly coveted kicks are made available exclusively to the school’s college athletes and friends of LeBron and Nike – you won’t be finding these in your local Footlocker. They’ve occasionally shown up on the NBA and WNBA hardwood; the Houston Rocket’s P.J. Tucker being the most visible athlete to rock the shoes in the NBA. Check out some of Ohio State’s best LeBron PEs for this beautiful Sample Sunday, enjoy!

Solider X

Clean and simple.

Soldier 1

Now the Soldiers get interesting, LeBron’s first model from his now popular Solider line gets decked out in flipped colorways of Ohio State red and white. In the cover photo you can see some various colorways of the Solider 9.

LeBron XV

The most recent LeBron x Ohio State collaboration resulted in the LeBron XV being adorned with the iconic ‘O’. A grey colorway rounds out these clean PEs.

LeBron 12

Battle ready for the NCAA Tournament these red and grey beauties stand as one of the cleanest LeBron 12 coloways to date.

LeBron 9

A GR version of this shoe released without the ‘O’ on the tongue but these were quite a bit more exclusive.

LeBron 6

3m detailing throughout the midsole gives these LeBron 6’s extra pop to go along with the clean white and red upper.

LeBron V

While the LeBron V ranks relatively low on the ‘All Time Greatest LeBron Shoes List’ these Ohio State PEs defiantly stand as one of the best coloways of the model.

LeBron IV

Worn by Ohio State Star Greg Oden, the LeBron IV is the first pair of LeBron’s to get dressed in Ohio State’s signature colors. The Foamposite uppers make quick work of the white and red respectively.
