Still catching up with the episodes…. funny that Mike mentioned Hoka, I do see more and more of those here in Hong Kong! I was actually drooling over these myself but I wear hiking boots maybe just 5 times a year and I already have a pair of nice Danners…. https://www.43einhalb.com/en/hoka-one-one-tor-ultra-hi-beige-348053 . And the Opening Ceremony collab version is so clean :O
An observation I have in HK is grannies wearing Air Maxes, often times the latest models, which is quite fascinating when the shoes’ futuristic styles combine with their seniors look.
Those look NICE! People seem to stay in their comfort zone with sneakers here in the States but it’s nice to see brands like Hoka, Keen, and a couple others that also make more consciously made shoes finally getting some popularity with sneakerheads.
